I am starting off with this beautiful mermaid stamp called "Salina Girl". I used my Paper Fashion gouache watercolor to paint her in.  Gouache are like watercolor, but just more opaque. But if you wanted a loose watercolor feel I did, just add more water :) I also needed to add some shine to her hair so I used the Paper Fashion liquid metal and added some Nuvo glitter drops too.

The next girl is called "Rosa Girl" -  I love how sexy and beautiful she is! I colored her with copic markers and gave her a red hot dress :) I also grabbed some patterned papers from the "Autumn Dream" Unity Stamp paper pack and decorated it with some white paper flowers.

Are you a Cuddlebug fan? Well, here's a new one! If you wanted a giraffe, now is the time you get it :) It's back to basics for this card, I just did some really easy peezy watercolor painting with some Altenew watercolors. If I can do it, you can do it too :) I finished off the card by layering some patterned papers and tied it up with some Trendy Twine.

It is wedding season again, and this new set called "And all the things" is just perfect for all occasions! I wanted glam, glitz and all things glitter, so I made an all-gold card :) I painted the Mr & Mrs with gansai tambi starry colors and added Viva Decor glitter on the "&". I also added a dotted border with some Nuvo dream drops and finished it off by adding the Simon Says Stamp "love bouquet" die.

And for the final card for this post, I used the "A girl. A bunny" stamp set - which I am so obsessed with!! It is way way cute, don't you think? I wanted to create an easter egg wreath - so, I stamped out all the eggs, leave and sentiment on a white cardstock - then used Zig clean color markers to color all of them in. This would be great if you do not have any colored inks. All you need is just a black ink and some marker pens :)

For my first card, I used the "Best of the Best" kit, which is this super pretty vintage dressform. I absolutely LOVE this kit! I colored it in using my Copic markers, then added lots of pretty paper flowers from Prima Marketing. A simple card, but so fun to assemble!

I am over at the SVG Attic blog sharing an easel card I made using the JGW Sunflower Sunshine kit.

I kinda changed the flowers up a bit, but doing only 1 layer and then coating it with Nuvo crystal drops and adding a glitter button to it's centre. I also drew some lines and dots with my Gelly roll pens and added some bling to the leaves.

I then added an extra piece of patterned paper (2 layers of it) to back of the flowers to provide additional support since my buttons were pretty heavy :) I also added some grass die cuts to the front of the flower pot for some extra dimension.

First card I made is using the "Her Day" kit, which you will get for FREE when you spend $75 during this birthday sale. Seriously, this is just SO pretty I won't think twice of wanting it! I colored the stamp in using Copic markers then I die cut it using my Kat Scrappiness Stitched Fancy Scalloped Rectangle die.

Then, I absolutely love the flowers on the cake and so I thought it'd be pretty to add some paper flowers I hoarded kept over the years :) I also added some Nuvo Glitter drop "White blizzard". 

Phyllis Harris also has some new stamps in this birthday release and this one is called "Realize". I used my Adornit watercolors and water brushes to paint this scenery in. Do remember to stamp your image on some watercolor paper so that it's easier to blend in all your colors. Yes, it does help! :)

I cut the watercolor paper using the Kat Scrappiness Double Stitched Rectangle die to give it a little interest with the stitched border.

Next is this cute little snail from the May 2017 Sentiment kit "Happy Snail Mail". I wanted to try something different and fun, so I used my favorite Nuvo Drops to color the entire image in! :) I love that it gives this stained-glass effect and also dimension to my card.

For my next card, I am SO SO loving this giraffe stamp "Finally Here" by Tierra Jackson, coz seriously, her drawing is just AMAZING! Who wouldn't like these cute giraffes? I colored them in using my Tombow dual brush markers and then added Tim Holtz frosted film on my card front to give it a nice subtle glittery shimmery finish. I then cut it using Gina Marie Designs Scalloped Stitched Nested Rectangle die, before adhering it to the card.

For my final card (awwwww), I am using the "Special Bond" kit, which is actually drawn from a photo of Whitney and Angela together. How very cool is that right?

For this card, I grabbed some scrap papers laying around (don't we have tons of those?) and just turn it into a card! Adding a paper clip and I am done :)

It's no April Fool's joke today when I am telling you I have a NEW VIDEO for you. Yups! Using the beautiful Unity Stamp's April 2017 Sentiment Kit "Girl Truly"

I thought hey, why not "paint" some flowers using some glitter?

So if you have tons of glitter (like me), this technique would be great to de-stash some of your glitter supply! :) All you need is glue (I am using Glossy Accents) and just sprinkle away! :)

I stamped the sentiment on some vellum to still show off the glittered parts.

Now, go on and sprinkle some glitter love onto your cards!

I chose some pretty papers from DCWV and then made my own customized paper clip by gluing a paper flower and leaves onto a giant paper clip! :) The "Happy Anniversary" sentiment is from Sweet Stamp Shop kit "Burnin Love".

Then at the bottom of the box, I put some quick dry tacky glue and sprinkled it with lots of Distress Glitter in Mustard Yellow -- just to add some pretty interest to the box, coz who doesn't love glitter right? :)

It's wedding season and I made a box card for my Design Team post at the SVG Attic blog.

I took the Tulip Bloom box card from JGW Beautiful Bloom kit and added some elements from the Classic Wedding kit. I resized the tuxedo, wedding gown and wedding arch to fit into the card :) 

I always LOVE how easily you can mix-and-match SVG Attic kits.

For the sentiment, I used a stamp by Unity Stamp and gold embossed it. The papers are from DCWV Happy Day stack.

It's the weekend! Time to let loose and just RELAX.

It's also time for some Inspiration Time over at The Cutting Cafe blog.

This week the DT team chicks are making projects from the 3 tier cake box. 

This kit has SO MANY possibilities and I've always wanted to make a wedding cake.

Since I cannot bake or decorate one, why not make a PAPER wedding cake instead? :)

I made the 3 tiers with white cardstock and decorated the trims with silver glitter tape. Then I went on a flower frenzy and added all kinds -- sticking to peach, pink and cream colors.

The first card I made is using Phyllis Harris BEAUTIFUL stamp called "Path less traveled"

I stamped her onto some watercolor cardstock and then colored her in with Kuretake Zig Clean Color Real brush pens. This would be a great medium to use if you prefer a more controlled kinda painting with some fun and vibrant colors.

For my next card, this is a new Angie Girl "Quin Girl" which is FREE with any $50/purchase this week.

I did some simple distress watercolor -- just highlighting the flowers and leaves in her hair. Just paint with some Tim Holtz distress markers and add water! Yupsss... As easy as that :)

And for my final card, I am using the NEW Sentiment Kit "Sometimes I wonder".

I painted the bouquets in with some Peerless watercolors. I love how intense the colors are with these babies!!
