Hey friends .. I am back!

The whole COVID thing has taken a toll on myself and I'm sure all of us are trying to adjust to the "new norm". So, this weekend - I finally sat down and made a few cards because..

it is Unity Stamp's 11th Birthday! The celebration is a bit delayed but hey - better late than never eh?

Unity has some NEW rubber stamps, patterned papers and a HUGE sale too! :)

I have made a few very simple cards today but no videos.

Let's start off the first card with this super duper cute set called "Other Worldly Greetings". My goodness - isn't this just adorable?? I did a fun colorful galaxy background with Jane Davenport's mermaid markers then colored the rest in with Copic markers. I added a bubble speech to the sentiments and some glossy glaze on the balloon along with some sequins. I love how it all turned out! :)

Next up is a coffee set called "Coffee Queen" by Graciellie Design. I love her coffee mugs illustrations and it is so beautiful. I just added some coffee beans to the table and some coffee stains to the background. It's pretty easy to do the stains! Just put some watercolor on your craft mat, add water, put any circular based object to it and just "stamp" away.

And finally this cute mushroom village set called "Thanks so Mush". This just reminds me of the Smurfs! Anyone else watched that cartoon back when we were younger? :) I colored it with Copic markers and kept this card pretty simple. I just added some Nuvo jewel drops and some confetti hearts - and that's it!

First up is a red rubber stamp called "Peony Hugs" by Graciellie Design. This stamp is huge and gorgeous!  I colored it with copic markers and inked up my background with distress oxide inks + a Tim Holtz stencil. I also added Nuvo glitter drops for the extra bling :)

The next rubber stamp is also by Graciellie Design called "Forest Butterfly". OH my gosh, this beauty is huge also! Of coz I had to color it with rainbow copic colors and clear glitter.  I also did a rainbow background with distress oxide inks and added white ink to my Unity "love confetti" stencil.

Now, unto the digital stamps. This is by Tierra Jackson and it's called "Good Ol Days". This classic bug is perfect for all car lovers. I inked up my MFT "Radiating rays" stencil with distress oxide inks. The stamp is so beautiful by itself, I feel I didn't need to do much with the card :)

And finally this cutie digital stamp also by Tierra Jackson is called "Cuddle Time". I had to add some cute clouds for the background sing Simon Says Stamp cloud stencils with distress oxide inks. I also added some sequins and stars to the clouds.

First stamp is "Time to be Grateful". This stamp is just so cute! LOVE the girl - she's so cute, don't you think? I colored her with Copic markers and added some shine with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush markers. For the pink hearts, I used distress oxide inks with Unity's "Love Confetti" stencil. 

Yes, let us remind ourselves to be grateful and count our blessings today. Treasure this time to rest and spend time with your family. :)

Next up is "Quarantine Dream". This stamp is SO CUTE, I kinda wished they had a version with dogs. Nonetheless, this is super cute and YESSSS, this is indeed a stamp perfect for all the pet owners out there. I am certain our pets (or fur kids) are so happy at this time because they are with us every single day. 

I colored the stamp with copic markers and added some Nuvo jewel drops. For the background, I used Unity + Deco Foil toner card front  "Floral background" with some distress oxide inks to create a rainbow background.

Next up is "There will be Sunshine". YESSSS. Don't lose faith. Don't give up. Today may be tough, but there will be sunshine (and a rainbow too!). I colored this up with copic markers but added some glittery shine to their dresses with sakura jelly roll moonlight pens. These markers are just amazing!

And finally, "Faith not fear" is just perfect for this season. Let us encourage one another at this difficult time and let us continue to hold on to our faiths and that things will be better soon.

I colored her with my Tombow markers and added some Nuvo drops for the dimension. For the background I used a WRMK embossing folder to create the diamond effect.

So, whilst we can stay at home, let us forget about our worries and color away! :)

It is baby season, so this new stamp called "Here at Last" is just perfect for the precious bundle. You can color it any color you want, so it is perfect for both boys and girls. I made mine all pinky pink with some fun flamingo patterned paper - which I die cut using the Avery Elle oval burst die. For the baby's blankie, I added some pink Thermoweb flock transfer sheet using just glue. YUPS. No fancy tools needed! Then I finished it with some pink Nuvo glitter drops.

For the next card, I used Unity Stamp-Lisa Glanz "Bunnies in Balloon" set. So adorable, don't you think? I did some simple Copic markers coloring and did the fun clouds with Nuvo drops and.... a secret tool. Do watch the video to find out what :)

I also added some Unity Stamp Cinderella sequins to bling the whole card up, coz why not?

Now, for the next two cards - I am using the brand new Scene Stamps. These are SO MUCH fun! You can practically use it for any occasion. This beautiful set is called "Set the Bar". I have the sexy "Marlow fashionista" in my stash for the longest time, and I knew she's just perfect for this scene :)I used copic markers to color everything up. I also gave her a sparkly red dress and gold sparkly eyeshadow.

For the next Scene Stamps, I used the "Outside your window" kit and this one is again just simply so beautiful. I paired it with Brandi Girl and colored it with my Prismacolor colored pencils. Are you obsessed just like me? These Scene Stamps are just perfect to fill up your entire card - easily and so beautifully.

For my first card, I used the new Unity + Deco Foil toner card fronts: Flowers Devine. Did you know that you can watercolor on these toner card fronts? I used Prima Marketing pastel dreams watercolors and once I am done coloring, it is time to add the foil! I used Thermoweb Deco Foil gold with my Heidi Swapp mini minc machine. Since the negative of the foiling is too pretty, I made another card with it. For the sentiments I used: Unity Stamp Whitkit Feb 2020 & Unity Stamp Sentiment kit Jan 2020.

For my next card, I used the Unity + Deco Foil toner card fronts : Circles a plenty as the background for my home scene. I stamped the sofa & photo frame from the Unity Stamp Kit of the Month Jan 2020. I colored that with copic markers and added some corrugated cardstock as the carpet. For the foiling, I kept it simple by just adding some Thermoweb Deco Foil Amber watercolor.

For my next card, I used the Unity + Deco Foil toner card fronts: Butterfly fly away. Because it is so pretty, I HAD to use the Thermoweb Deco Foil rainbow shattered glass. It is SO pretty as well! :)

Because the foil is so colorful already, I used some Unity Stamp Krafty Season paper pad to add the sentiments from the Unity Stamp Sentiment kit Feb 2020. I also added some Tonic Studios nuvo glitter drops Silver Crystal. Again, because the negative was so pretty, I made a second card with it. Don't let it go to waste!

Now, to some other awesome Thermoweb products. If you do not know yet, Unity Stamp came out with some new stencils: All kinds of Love & Heart Confetti. I mixed some glitter and inks to the stencils using: Thermoweb Gina K Glitz glitter gel [bubblegum] & Hero Arts white unicorn ink.  The cute deer is from the Unity Stamp Woodland Cuteness.

And for my final card, I made my own custom colored Thermoweb Metallix Gel [white pearl], by mixing some Tim Holtz distress oxide ink. Here, I used Wilted Violet to create a soft pastel purple . If you want a brighter shade, just add more ink. I used the metallix gel with the Unity Stamp stencil: All kinds of love. The beautiful cross and sentiment is from the Unity Stamp My Soul Finds Rest.

For the first card I made, I wanted to create something different and was inspired by one of Jennifer Mcguire's videos. Since the new "I shall not want" stamp by Unity Stamp - Graciellie Designs is pretty large, I decided to do a fold card. The stamp will act like the "flaps" to open up the card, to reveal the sentiment inside. Loving the bible verse!

I colored the flowers with Jane Davenport watercolors, then tied the flowers together with some Trendy Twine "Krazy for Kraft" and also added some Nuvo dream drops at the corners of the card.

For the next card, this stamp is also by Graciellie Designs called "Family Love". I am totally obsessed with this orchid stamp! I colored it with Tombow markers and added a die cut background using Thermoweb decofoil flock transfer sheet. It is so fuzzy irl! This is a fun way to incorporate the flock sheets into your card.

For my final card, I am in love with this "Like a Lotus" set, I wanted to make the lotus float on the water. So to create the water swirls, I used some Tonic Studios nuvo drops in 3 different colors and finishes. This is a super easy technique but it creates some dimension and depth to your card :)
