Good Monday!

Over the weekend, I did my first wedding decor gig and was pretty nervous but it all turned out great!

The bride contacted me months ago coz she saw my work and liked it. I was pretty apprehensive at first as the only wedding decor I did was my own, but she had faith in me. Thanks babe!

So, here's what I made!

I used the SDS 3D Box Letters kit to make this Mr & Mrs signage. 

I glued the letters together and added lots of glitter to it! 

I also used the tuxedo and wedding gown from the JGW Wedding Wishes box card.

Then I also did the photo booth backdrop with lots of handmade tissue pom poms and paper rossettes.

I also decorated the photo display corner with doilies and tissue tassel garlands and the marquee in their initials!

Am very glad the couple liked it! *yay*!

Today for Inspiration Time over at The Cutting Cafe blog, we are to recycle and reuse! What a fun idea Regina had.

So I got a cereal box that I was about to throw out and made a photo frame! 

Yups, I handmade this for my hubby. Since he loves cycling, I showcased his awesome bike here and made him his very own "show off" display :)

I used the Bicycle Background set & Cameras Everywhere Background Printable set -- which I printed on some patterned paper. Then I embellished it with a simple sentiment from Heidi Swapp, a die cut piece and some enamel dots.

So, let me show you my quick process on how I made this frame.

First up, get a cereal box and cut out these 3 pieces:

+ The frame

+ The backing piece

+ The support piece

Next, get some patterned paper and begin to WRAP! :)

As you can see, it doesn't need to be perfect.

Finally, just piece everything together and you are done!

For the support piece, I added 2 buttons and some twine to it to "limit" the opening so that it will be able to stand upright.

I created an accordion photo display for some of my wedding photos. This was relatively easy and quick to do - and after making this --- I still had TONS left in the kit!

Simply cut out 2 strips of cardstock and adhere them together. Then use the 3x4 cards to embellish each page and include your photos too!

I also added some Stickles to one of the cards to bling it up. You can add any kinds of embellies from buttons, to ribbons and jewels too!
