Hi scrappy friends.

Happy Monday! I made a card for my DT post on the SVG Attic blog today using the brand new JGW Sewn from the Heart kit.

I used the Cathedral Window 9-patch card and instead of folding the circles inwards, I did it outwards to create a different look. I also chose different patterned papers from the same collection so it would look cohesive. Here I am using "Open Book" by Crate Paper.

Then I added the new "Tea Time" set from Sweet Stamp Shop, which I have already stamped, fussy cut and colored withy my copics.

Here's my first card using the cute ladybug stamp "Hang in there lady". I absolutely LOVE this stamp!

So I played with my new Prima watercolor resist pen and Kuretake gansai tambi watercolors, where I did some lettering and heart doodles. This pen is just so fun to use!

This new floral stamp "Hello new life" is just so beautiful, I colored it using my Peerless watercolors. Then I decided to brighten the background and making it fresh by adding some two-colored plaids. All you need is some horizontal/vertical stripes!

I am totally loving this cute Smooches and Stuff stamp -- don't you think the boy and girl look so cute together? :) I colored the image with my Copic markers and then though it'd be fun to create an "edge" to the card.

So I just made a fun lace edge border using Martha Stewart border punch. You can just use any border punch you have and just layer it!

This stamp Grey skies happy is totally my favorite stamp right now coz I absolutely love ducks!! :)

I colored the image in using my Tombow dual brush marker pens and then I drew in the rain and puddle. I love these markers coz they are just so bright and fun!

And finally, have you seen this Thank you kindly stamp? OMG. Totally ADORE it!

So I thought why not do a fun card and create a rainbow ombre? I used lots of Tim Holtz distress inks and water to create the "magic". Watch the video on how I did it :)

I combined the mail drop box card and the Bee-mine card and made it one! :) Coz both were just great I couldn't pick one haha.

I decided to keep the colors simple and make the focal point (the bee) stand out more. I am loving just how cute the bee looks! I also added some glitter to his wings.
