Unity Stamp & Faber Castell HOP
This week is a special Unity Hip Hop Thursday as we are joining with Faber Castell ALL WEEK LONG for Inspiration - Prizes - and FUN!!
I have always loved Faber Castell. Their products are just so much fun - especially the GELATOS!
So I made a few cards today showcasing the different techniques you can use with Gelatos.
Don't you LOVE it when ONE product can be used in MANY ways?
***
Have you tried stamping with Gelatos? Well, here's how fun it will look!
I love the watercolor effect it gives and yes, you can mix colors coz they blend oh-so-well !
Here I am using the "Wish with your heart" kit along with the August 08/14 KOM "Summer collapsed into fall"
***
Now, how about gelatos with embossing folders?
What I did here was first, to emboss my card then simply apply the Gelatos across the embossed areas.
I then sprayed some Diamond glimmer mist on it to add some shine (which my camera isn't really picking up here).
Add a few cute little stamps - here I am using "Hello Little One" kit - and you are done! :)
***
And finally, gelatos go so well with resist emboss too!
You could emboss with any embossing powder for this effect but here I am using Pink Paislee's artisan paper which already is embossed. (SAVES me all the time :) )
Simple scribble some Gelatos onto it, add some water and blend it in with your fingers!
EASY PEEZY! :)
And if you did not know, Angie Blom has released some AMAZING NEW Angie Girls!! I am using Julie Girl for my card - which I think looks AWESOME!! She's just so PRETTY :)
Over at Unity we have a GIRLS WEEKEND! So do check out the sales over at Unity :)

This week we are hopping with Faber Castell, so don't forget to leave comments on EACH of our blogs and their blog... there are some wonderful prizes to be won! Comments open until Sept 21st, ONE winner will be announced Monday night.
