I've done the unimaginable the other day. It was a time crunch but I managed to make two mini albums as birthday pressies! This is the first time I am giving away a mini album as a gift. So, yes, it was nerve wrecking and nervous whether the recipients would accept it kindly.

Here is the first mini album I made. This one is fun, cheery and colorful.

And this is the second mini album I made. A grungier feel to this one.

Thankfully, the recipients were very kind and they liked their pressies! :) More to come?

I found this very helpful link and a very cute explanation too ;) How to heat emboss?? Here's how.

  1. Ink stamp and stamp image
  2. Pour embossing powder onto image while it is still wet.
  3. Tap excess powder off sheet and put back into jar.
  4. Heat until powder melts and becomes shiny.

Recently, I have gotten a BIG scrappy haul for myself and although I'm feeling a bit OTT, but I'm loving every moment of it :) Which gal doesn't? :)

So, here's a peek of what I pampered myself with. A gal can never have too much scrappy goodness right?

*smiling from cheek to cheek*!

Just this morning I told myself, I will not buy anymore stamps until year end as I have tons of red rubber from Unity and feeling a little addicted & slightly obsessed. ;) But I got mail today regarding this.

Robert from Unity Stamp is sick and Angela's doing a sale to help with the expenses. So, how can I say no to such a good cause?

I've ordered mine. Order yours today.

YES!!!! I have waited 8 months for this and YES...

I've finally gotten my very own Project Life kit! How exciting! :)

What is Project Life? Watch this video to find out!

So, as you may have already noticed, I've gotten the Clementine edition. This is my most favorite of them all! The colors are just so pretty.

Besides that I have gotten the binder and lots of page protectors and even the latest envelope pages.

Becky Higgins had just announced the latest edition for 2013 and they are equally awesome! Love the baby editions especially. Here they are!

Baby Editions came in 3 sets: Baby Edition, Baby Edition for Him & Baby Edition for Her

For the non-baby Project Life editions, 2 brand new ones are: the Olive Edition & the Seafoam Edition.

And there is the latest Childhood mini kits. All 3 of them! Wellington Edition (neutral), Bridgeport Edition (masculine) & Mayfield Edition (feminine)

Aren't they all pretty?

Can't wait to start my Project Life. I know it's all going to be so worth it once the year has ended and I'm able to look back on each and every week of the year. For those who loves to scrapbook but doesn't have the time for it, this would be the answer for you. Click here for more info.

Happy scrappy-ing! :)
