October is breast cancer awareness month, so I made this card in honor of all women out there. My love goes out to each and everyone of you.



Whilst many of you may already know what is breast cancer and how to do your own breast self-exam,  how do you reduce the risk of getting it?

  1. Maintain a healthy weight
  2. Stay physically active
  3. Eat fruits and vegetables
  4. Avoid tobacco
  5. Limit alcohol consumption
  6. Regular screenings

    Beautiful card and great cause for awareness. I am 33 and know far too many people my age who have been diagnosed and gone through treatment. It's very scary and it seems to be occurring so much more frequently and to a younger population than ever. Prayers and hope for a cure.

    Beautiful card. Thanks for remembering us. I fought breast cancer 5 years ago. It is touching for people to keep fighting for this cause.
