It's Inspiration time at The Cutting Cafe blog and I have a cutie girly fun card to share with you!

I love dresses and this kit by Regina is just adorable!
Made this card - which would be perfect for a new born & to include in the baby gift.

I used the Dress Shaped Card kit to make this adorable girly card. I kept it simple by adding some pink Stickles as glitter and used my Viva Decor paper pen for the pink enamel dots! I added a pinky polka dot ribbon for her dress too :) The sentiment is from Unity Stamp "It's a Girl".

Do check out the rest of the DT team's project on The Cutting Cafe's blog!
Have an awesome weekend.

It's the Eve of the Chinese (lunar) New Year and I am going to be meeting family and friends over the next few days - feasting and having fun!

Recently, Jessy of jcchris.com gave me a huge bag of scrappy goodies. Something caught my eye - which is this beautiful oriental paper. So, I decided to make some Chinese New Year cards with it!

I used the beautiful paper as the background of the card, and then die cut this shape (from Scrapbook & Cards Today) which actually reminded me of the old Chinese gold coins they used to have. Then I paper pieced each of it using some patterned papers (which took me forever to do but it was well worth it!)

Then I designed the greeting myself with my SSDE and glittered it up with some Champagne Stickles - adhered it to a piece of vellum and decorated it with some gold pearls.

Here are all my finished cards! :)

To those who are celebrating CNY --- Gong Hei Fatt Choy and wishing you a prosperous year ahead filled with good health, wealth and success!

It's the season for babies ~~ and baby mini albums too! :)
Here's another baby album I made for my customer for her Baby Boy Lucas.

Here's everything sweet and cute just for him!

I glossy accented the chipboard alphabets for that extra glow.

Here's the insides of the mini album - with a mix of colors perfect for a baby boy :)

Again, I've used the flap pages for more photos and journaling.

Also made a pocket to put all those precious mementos.

Here's a waterfall flip page for more photos!

More flap pages!

This is the final page!

Love it?
Here's the Baby Girl version that I made.

Recently I got an order to make a baby girl mini album. I was more than happy to make it coz I love everything girly! It's just so fun to make girly stuff. :) You can use all colors, flowers, bling, buttons, ribbons... I had a ball making this!

So, here's the album I made - from cover to end :)

For the front, I kept it relatively simple with lots of pinks, doily lace borders and pretty ribbons.

For the insides, I chose to go whimsical with the colors with pinks being the primary color.

Made extended flap pages for more space to put photos/journals.

Even made an envelope to store all those precious memories. :)

Here's a waterfall page to place more photos!

More flap pages :)

And this is the final page!

Love it? I made an almost exact one for a baby boy!
I will post that up pretty soon. :)

When I saw the SDS Rockabye Baby cards set at SVG Attic, I knew I had to create something with it. It's baby booming season so you some baby cards in hand would always come in handy.

So, here's what I made for my mid-week inspiration post at the SVG Attic blog.
I made this diaper card - combining it with the baby bottle & greeting.

Here's a close up! :)

I absolutely love this set and I can think of baby showers, invites, parties, birthdays... so many possibilities!

Happy Saturday! :)
I love weekends, don't you?
No work. Just rest and relax. Spend time with your loved ones. Go have your "me" time.

Well, it's Inspiration Time at The Cutting Cafe blog and since Valentine is almost here, I have lots of hearts for you!

I made this card using the Conversation Hearts window card template. I've taken random scraps of papers I have and masked the hearts. For the background, I've embossed a cardstock - misted it with some Cotton Candy Prima Color Bloom spray and watercolored with some Distress Markers. I diecut the word LOVE with glitter foam using the Maggie Holmes die.

Have a crafty lovely weekend :)

Over at the Unity blog, I have shared an idea on how you can use up your scrappy stash. :)

I have been clearing up my scrappy room and if you are like me, you would have a HUGE stash of scraps just laying around. :) Oh, and did I mention I have so many Washi Tapes I could start a store too? Haha. So, instead of throwing them away or letting them lay waste - I decided to turn them into something pretty! :)

I have a basic planner and it needed some "pretty" in it, so I took out my wonderful yummy Unity stamps and began my planner project. Here's a look of what I made for my Monthly Page planner covers.

I took lots of scrap papers and washi tapes to decorate the plain pages. Then for the months, I used the "Months become Years" SMAK 9/14. It's perfect for projects like these or if you're making calendars, Project Life and more!! I then took a variety of my Unity stamps to stamp more "pretty" in it :) I also added some enamel dots using the Viva Decor Paper Pens.

Here's a close up of each month!

Hope you are inspired to use your Unity stamps and scrap papers to make something this week :)
Have fun!
