Spread your Wings
It's Hip Hop time with the Unity Stamp DT chicks!
Recently, I have started a NEW Video series on my Youtube channel and these are QUICK TIP VIDEOS (under 1 minute) showing you what you can do with your Unity Stamps!
Here's a video I made specially for you today :)
You can click the video below or watch it on Youtube HERE.
Feel free to share with me what tips & techniques you'd like to see next!
If you missed my FIRST VIDEO in this series, click HERE to watch it. :)
Here's a close up of the card I made using the multi coloring stamping technique from my video.
This beautiful butterfly is from the SMAK 05/15 kit "I am a work in progress".
Recently, I'm also into the whole distressed and yet colorful projects. Today's next card is all about that.
When I saw these wings in the Unity Stamp May 2015 Kit of the month "Spread your wings", I LOVE it! Well, seeing that my name is partially angelic -- angel wings has always been something special for me.
I distressed the background with a few inks and Dylusion ink sprays.
Then I stamped the wings with some archival (coz distress ink does react with water/liquid) -- then I spread some Golden glass bead gel onto the wings for that texture. When you first apply it, it's going to be white. Don't worry --- when it dries, it's clear! :)
Don't you just LOVE that sentiment and wings?
Don't forget to leave some love on the Unity & Design Team member's blogs (including mine) for a chance to win some awesome Unity stamps!
