My dog of 10 years recently left us and to remember her, and all the good times she had given us .. I made a mini album just for her.

I wanted to make a fun little album because she's such a happy dog. So I chose happy colorful papers.I made a trifold mini album using only 2 pieces of cardstock and even handcut the chipboard letters on the cover. In case you're wondering why it's black, that's coz she had black fur :) So here it is!

After you open up the front cover, you get this.

And open it further, you get the trifold!

Bambi, my dog. She will always be remembered in our hearts. <3.

Supplies used: Paper (MME Bella Bella & Simply Delightful/Fancy Pants Designs),  Distress Ink (Purmice Stone), Stamps (Unity)

Valentine is just around the corner. Every year we spend lots of money on basic greeting cards, that you probably just scribble a few words down and that's it. Why not make a mini album - filled with photos and memories instead?

So, that's exactly what I just did. Here's my fully embellished mini album (size: 6"x6") made out of corrugated board. The intermediate pages are 3"x6". Punch two holes and bind it with ring binders.  Tie it with ribbons to soften the whole look :)

I really like how this mini turned out. It's shabby chic, romantic and yet fun at the same time.

I also made some handmade flowers using cardstock and distress inks. Tedious as I did not have the flower punch, so I had to hand cut each and every layer. But the results was good. I liked it! :)

Happy Valentine's!

I seem to be on a roll eh? :)

Today I've attended a scrappy class, again bought from another discount site. And it was absolutely time crunching but fun! The end result, I am so happy with it. A butterfly shaped mini album, on my recent trip.

This album is fully embellished (photos are placed in the white spots). I can't really tell what supplies I used, but the paper was 7Gypsies and Basic Grey. Lots of pearls, ribbons, flowers, chipboards, stickers ... a pure haven when you get so many items to use. The paper is just so gorgeous, don't you think?

Here's a glimpse of a few pages, front and back too!
