For my first set of cards, I used the beautiful new Brutus Monroe-Unity stamp "Spilled Paint". I am OBSESSING over this stamp. I can think of so many different techniques to use with this stamp, but let's start with some perfect pearls pigment powders.
First, I embossed the stamp with Versamark ink and Stamp n' Bond embossing powder from Stampendous. This embossing powder will dry slightly tacky once it is heated up, so it will be great to "adhere" something to it - in this case, the Perfect Pearls. Just brush them on and you will be surprised that the colors look different on black and white surface.
Here is the black version:
And here is the white:
Which version do you prefer? :)
Oh and the beautiful swan is from the April 2018 Unity Sentiment kit "Grow in Grace", which I colored with my Copic markers and die cut it with a square scalloped die.

Since I love the "Spilled Paint" stamp, here I am using it again with the Stamp n' Bond powder, but this time.. I did some foiling with Thermoweb's Decofoil [Lapis Watercolor]. I used Heidi Swapp Mini Minc machine [Heat setting = 1] and I love how it turned out to be, like water in ocean! And where there is water, there is --- a mermaid and dolphin. LOVE this duo from the Phyllis Harris "Depth of Life" kit.

Next is a superhero card, coz don't we all love them? I used Brutus Monroe "Hit the Brick" for the background of this wonder woman "Diana Girl", which I colored her with Copic markers. I inked up the edges with Tim Holtz distress oxide ink [Aged Mahogany] to give it a distressed edgy look and also added Tonic Studios nuvo glitter drop [gold coast] for some extra bling. Don't you think the brick wall stamp is just so very cool?

And finally, a sweet cake for a sweet ending to the hop. You know how hand painted cakes are trending these days? Well, I wanted to paint a cake as well, so I inked up this "Blossomy Confections" with Memento ink [Desert Sand] for the soft "no line" effect and colored the cake with Prima Pastel Dream watercolors. I added the Brutus Monroe "Barn Wall" stamp for the background to give it a rustic look and also added some Unity Stamp aurora sequins.
